Dynamite Bagel Bites

Cook time: 35 minutes

Servings: 20 bites


-2 boneless chicken breasts

-10 mini bagels

-6 tbsp/90ml sriracha sauce (more or less to taste)

-shredded mozzarella cheese

-3 tbsp/45ml butter

-salt and pepper


  1. Clean the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes at 375F or until the chicken is cooked through. Once the chicken is done, remove from the over, shred/chop so they're in small enough pieces to fit on bagels.

  2. Add chicken, butter, sriracha to a pan and saute on low until butter is melted and the sauce and chicken are well combined.

  3. Using a cooking sheet, place the bagels and start assembling your bites. Start by adding the chicken mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven to broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown on top. Serve and enjoy!
