Yangnyeom Sauce

Ingredients:

-3tbsp/ 45ml gochujang

-4tbsp/ 60 ml ketchup

-2tbsp/30ml gochugaru

-2tbsp/ 30ml honey

-2tbsp/ 30 ml corn syrup

-2tbsp/ 30ml brown sugar

-2tbsp/ 30ml soy sauce

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-1 tsp/5 ml minced ginger

-1tbsp/ sesame oil


Directions:

-Mix all the sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until bubbling, the sauce will thicken as you stir. If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of water and stir. Remove from heat and let it cook off (or like JK, in the fridge). Serve on the side or use it as a glaze with some fried chicken. Enjoy!
