Tae's Mai Tai

Alcoholic:

Ingredients:

-1 oz any gold or light rum

-1/2 oz orange curacao

-1/2 oz amaretto or 1/2 oz orgeat (almond syrup)

-1/2 oz sugar cane juice

-1 oz fresh lime juice

-1 oz dark rum

-ice

-garnish with a pineapple slice

Directions:

-Add a small amount of ice to the shaker, and mix all the ingredients together, except for the dark rum. Shake well. Fill your cocktail glass with ice and strain mixture into your glass. Add some of the dark rum on top as a floater. Garnish with a slice of pineapple. Enjoy!

Non-alcoholic:

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup lemon-lime soda

-1/4 cup pineapple juice

-1/2 cup orange juice

-1 tbsp grenadine

-ice

-garnish with a pineapple slice

Directions:

-Fill a glass with ice (halfway). Add lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine. Garnish with a pineapple slice. Enjoy!
