Sesame-Onion Sauce

Serves: 2


  • 1 tbsp (15mL) soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp (15mL) water

  • 1 tbsp (15mL) sesame oil

  • 2 tsp (10mL) white sugar

  • 1 tsp (5mL) white vinegar

  • onion slices

  • 1 green chili, sliced


  1. In a bowl, add the vinegar, water, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Slice a small chili and onion. You can add as much as you want to the liquid mix. Stir and serve with your choice of grill meats. Enjoy!
