-2 cups bread flour
-1 1/2 cups water
-3/4 tbsp salt
-1/2 tbsp dry yeast
Pour all the ingredients except the water into a bowl, and use your hands to turn it all into dough. Add some of the water, pouring only some of it every time, making sure you soak the dough ball.
Knead until the water has been absorbed, and then pour some more water into the bowl. Repeat until you have added all the water. Let the dough rest at room temperature in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 10 hours.
After the resting time, divide the dough into the amount of pizzas you'll be making, and turn each individual portion into a ball. Store the dough in your refrigerator for at least 36 hours. Once the dough has been chilled for that amount of time, you can use it or freeze it for later.
