Jungkook's Fire Cheese Carbonara with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 package buldack cheese carbonara

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 1-2 white mushrooms, cut into half moons

  • 1/2 small yellow onion, sliced

  • 5-6 shrimp, cleaned and deveined

  • 1 tbsp chopped ham (optional)

  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream (you can add more, if needed)

Directions

  1. Cook your noodles according to the package but reserve the seasoning packet and spice packet for later use.

  2. Add your oil to a pan on medium high heat. Cook your garlic until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. Remember to take out your noodles and set them aside.

  4. Add in your onion and mushrooms and cook them for 5 minutes. After, add your cleaned shrimp for another 5 minutes or until they turn pink then lower the heat.

  5. You may add the milk by following the package directions and     stir to incorporate. Add your milk slowly so as to not add too much (remember, you can always add more, but its     difficult to take away once added).

  6. Finally, add the noodles and spice packet and mix well. You want the sauce to be completely incorporated. Serve and enjoy! Note: Know your heat tolerance. Buldak spice sauces are hot. You can add half the packet or even just a touch to fit your preference. You can also add more milk to lower the heat.
