Pa-Kimchi

Ingredients:

-1 lb scallions

-4 tbsp gochugaru

-4 tbsp fish sauce

-2 tsp sugar

-1 tbsp minced garlic

-1 tsp grated ginger


Directions:

  1. Place crushed gochugaru, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar in a large bowl and mix well to combine.

  2. Wash the scallions and remove the roots, drain well.

  3. Add scallions into the bowl and toss with the ingredients mix to coat thoroughly. Place in a container and put in the refrigerator overnight before eating. Enjoy!
