Mild Pico De Gallo Salsa

  • 3 vine-ripened or Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 jalapeno peppers, deveined and finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapenos in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. Start by adding 1 tbsp each of lemon and lime juice and 1/4 tsp salt. Taste and adjust the lemon juice, lime juice and salt as needed. Enjoy!
