Mesclun Salad


  • 4 cups/ 900g mesclun greens

  • 2 oz/ 56g goat cheese, crumbled

  • vinaigrette or your favorite salad dressing

  • 1/4 cup glazed pecans


  1. Place the greens in a large salad bowl. Add the vinaigrette to the greens until the salad is adequately dressed. Chopped and add the goat cheese and glazed pecans and toss once more. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
