Loaded kimchi fries

-1 lb frozen french fries

-1 tsp salt

-1 cup kimchi

-2 green onions, sliced thin

-2 tbsp chopped cilantro

-10 slices jalapenos (optional)

-squeeze of lime juice

-salt to taste

Mayo sriracha sauce

-1/3 cup mayo

-1 tsp sriracha hot sauce

-1/2 tsp fish sauce


  1. In a bowl, whisk to combine mayo, sriracha and fish sauce. Set aside in the fridge.

  2. Heat oil in a pit over medium-high heat. Be careful not to overcrowd, fry french fries. You also oven bake or air fry them. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Repeat steps until you've cooked the quantity desired. Season with salt.

  3. Assemble the dish by placing fries on a plate and topping with kimchi, onions, cilantro, jalapeno, prepared sauce and lime juice. Serve immediately and accompany with some of Chef Min's famous wings. Enjoy!
