Lemon Butter

  • 1 Ib raw shrimp, tail on

  • 1 1/2 butter stick

  • 4 lemons, juiced & divided

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 5-6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1-2 cup flour

  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 6 tbsp salted butter

  • 1-2 tbsp sea salt


  1. In a bowl, add flour, cayenne pepper, salt, and paprika. Add the shrimp into the mix and mix thoroughly until the shrimp is coated with the mixture.

  2. In a preheated pan, add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped garlic. Sauté for a minute then add the shrimp. Stir shrimp until cooked.

  3. Serve hot with a slice of lemon over steamed sticky rice. Add the rest of the sauce over it.
