1/2 cup Lychee juice from the can
2oz vodka
2oz Vermouth
1oz Elderflower liquour
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 lychee, for garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add in vodka, vermouth, elderflower liquour, lemon juice, and lychee juice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lychee fruit. Serve and enjoy!
