Jimin's Apple Cider Mimosa


Cinnamon-sugar rim:

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


  • 1 1/4 cup apple cider (you can use fresh apple cider if you'd like)

  • 1 bottle champagne

**Note: to make this non-alcoholic, you can use sparkling cider


  1. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Wet the rim with water (or extra Apple cider) before dipping it into the cinnamon sugar.

  2. Fill the cup or champagne flute about 1/4 full with apple cider. Top it off with champagne and enjoy!
