2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup apple cider (you can use fresh apple cider if you'd like)
1 bottle champagne
**Note: to make this non-alcoholic, you can use sparkling cider
Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Wet the rim with water (or extra Apple cider) before dipping it into the cinnamon sugar.
Fill the cup or champagne flute about 1/4 full with apple cider. Top it off with champagne and enjoy!
