Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

-1.5oz brandy, whiskey or rum

-1tbsp honey

-1/2 oz lemon juice

-1cup hot water

-lemon wedge, for garnish

Direction:

-Combined the first four ingredients into a warmed mug. If desired, garnish with the lemon, cinnamon stick or star anise.
