-1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
-3 tbsp honey
-pinch of salt
-1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
-In a pan over medium heat, melting the butter. Once completely melted, add in the honey and a pinch of salt. (You can add the vanilla extract if you choose). Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
-Remove from heat, pour into a dipping bowl and serve with nuggets or use as a drizzle/glaze with chicken, tofu veggies or pastries. Enjoy!
