-1 stick (8tbsp) salted butter
-2 garlic cloves, micro-planed (finely grated)
-1 tbsp chives, finely minced
-1 tbsp basil, finely minced
-1 tbsp rosemary, finely minced
-1 tbsp parsley, finely minced
Add room temperature butter to a bowl with all the ingredients and mix well for 2-3 minutes. You want to make sure they're well combined.
Scrap the butter from the bowl onto plastic wrap and form into a log. Twist the edges of the plastic wrap to close the ends.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before using.
