  • 2 large Hass avocadoes

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 jalapeno, deveined and finely chopped


  1. Cut avocados, remove the pit and scoop into a bowl. Add the salt and mash until smooth.

  2. Add lime juice, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno and mix well together with a spoon. Don't forget the chips! Enjoy!
