4 tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil (be careful if using an open flame!)
Drizzle oil over cut edges of tomatoes and sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes, cut-side up onto the grill and grill until the tomato starts to sizzle and shows slight grill marks. Flip them over and grill until the garlic turns golden brown, for about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
