Garlic Roasted Hummus


-1 can of garbanzo beans, drained (save the liquid)

-6 tbsp of saved liquid

-salt and pepper

-1/4 tsp paprika

-4 tbsp lemon juice

-1/4 tsp cumin

-1 tbsp olive oil

-3 tbsp tahini

-7 garlic cloves, minced


  1. Take garbanzo beans and garlic cloves and roast in an oven for 10 minutes in 350F.

  2. Combine garbanzo beans, dry ingredients, and saved liquid into a food processor. Turn the processor on low and slowly add olive oil till it's a smooth consistency. Add roasted garlic and tahini in the processor to taste. Chill and serve. Enjoy!
