-1/4 lb salted butter
-4 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
-1/8 tsp salt
-1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant for about 30 sec-1 minute (do not brown the garlic)
Add the salt and cilantro/parsley (if you choose) and stir for 30 seconds or until well combined. Remove from heat.
If you are using garlic powder, remove the pan from the heat and use a spoon to carefully remove the foamy layer from the top and discard the foam.
Pour into a small bowl and enjoy!
