  • 12 oz Tater Tots

  • 15oz can of chili with no beans

  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped white onions

  • 1 whole jalapeno, sliced

  • 2 tbs Ranch salad dressing


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. In a pan place the tater tots according to the package directions.

  3. While the tater tots are cooking, place a saucepan on the stove and heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chopped garlic and let it cook for a few seconds. Add the can of chili and stir to heat thoroughly. Once it's heated add the cayenne and cook for 2 more mins. Turn off the stove and set it aside.

  4. When the tater tots are done place them in a small serving dish. Add chili, cheese, chopped white onions, and jalapeño slices, and drizzle with Ranch salad dressing, serve and enjoy!
