-2 tbsp instant coffee
-2 tbsp white granulated sugar
-2 tbsp hot water
-1/2 cup milk (or "dairy" of choice)
Add instant coffee powder and sugar in a cup. Add 2 tbsp water and beat the coffee and sugar vigorously until its light and fluffy. It's best to use an electric mixer as it will cut down on both time and make it fluffier and air whipped. If not, its suggested to use a round end whisk.
Add a few more drops of water if required while beating.
Fill a glass or mug about 1/2 way with cold or warm milk and top the glass with whipped coffee and serve.
*Please keep in mind when mixing by hand, use a large bowl so there is enough room to whip air into the mixture.
