  • 3 large eggs, just the whites

  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch


  1. Preheat the oven to 300F. Using a stand mixer with the whip attachment, whip the egg whites on medium speed until frothy, for about 2-3 minutes.

  2. Gradually add the sugar slowly, 1 tbsp at a time, and whip on high until small bubbles start to form.

  3. Sift in the cornstarch and continue to whip on high, until the whites have a meringue-like consistency, for about 5 minutes.

  4. Dollop the meringue-like peaks onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and shape them into mounds. Bake for 20-25 minutes. You want the outside to be golden brown. Enjoy!
