Cinnamon Honey compound butter
-1 stick (8tbsp) salted butter (or vegan alternative)
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-2 1/2 tbsp honey (for vegan, use agave or maple syrup)
Add room temperature butter to a bowl with all the ingredients and mix well for 2-3 minutes. You want to make sure they're well combined.
Scrap the butter from the bowl onto plastic wrap and form into a log. Twist the edges of the plastic wrap to close the ends.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before using.
