Buttered Corn

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweet corn

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • salt, to taste

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder

  • 2 tsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. In a pan, add the sweet corn along with 2 tbsp of water and let it simmer until the kernels soften.

  2. Once the corn is thoroughly warm, add the butter along with the salt and pepper and mix well. Let it cook through and then turn off the flame. Squeeze the fresh lime juice and serve. Enjoy!
