Ingredients
1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
1/2 oz. Irish cream
1/2 oz. vodka, rum, or soju (or any light alcohol you prefer)
swirl of whipped cream to top the drink
1 chocolate chip per glass, as garnish
Directions
Pour the vodka into a chilled shot glass.
Pour the schnapps into the glass, then using a spoon, slowly pour the Irish cream on top to make it float in the glass.
To top, you can add whipped cream and a chocolate chip on top, if desired. Enjoy!
