Ingredients:
-1 large egg
-1 cup milk (whole or buttermilk)
-2 tbsp melted butter
-2 small, ripe bananas
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 tbsp brown sugar
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-oil or butter for pan
Directions:
Add egg, milk, melted butter, mashed ripe bananas, and vanilla to a bowl and mix.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to mixture and mix until incorporated together.
Heat the griddle or frying pan on medium heat and allow to heat fully before starting so that the pancakes will cook evenly. Pour small rounds onto your pan or griddle. Allow to cook until bubbled have formed on top before flipping. Be careful not to burn (look for golden brown). Once done, serve hot and enjoy with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
