Cook time: 8 minutes

Total: 13-15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

-1/2 chili, fresh or dried

-juice of 1/2 lime

-1/2 lb shrimp

-1/2 tbsp parsley, chopped

-4-6 cherry tomatoes

-1/2 white onion, chopped thinly

Directions:

  1. Heat a saute pan to medium heat. Add olive oil. Stir in the sliced garlic and chili (or red pepper flakes) and saute for 1-2 minutes. Do not over cook the garlic.

  2. Salt and pepper the shrimp and then add to the pan. Add the lime juice at the same time. Turn the heat to high and quickly arrange the shrimp evenly. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp and cook for an additional minutes until shrimp are cooked thoroughly.

  3. In Bon Voyage, Yoongi and Hoseok plated this dish with toasted bread, you can use italian bread or a baguette cut thinly and crisply toasted. Plate your gambas in a shallow plate, garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your toast. Enjoy!
