-Brioche, butter or milk bread (toasted)
-1 lb beef tenderloin/sirloin
-salt and pepper, to taste
-5 tbsp ottogi ketchup
-5 tsp ottogi mayo
-5 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
**Vegan: Sauté shiitake or portobello mushrooms or Seitan seasoning with either stead seasoning or just salt and pepper. Use vegan mayo.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to the special sauce, refrigerate until ready to assemble the sandwich.
Rub the steak with olive oil then season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the steak on a hot oiled pan 5-7 minutes on both sides for medium rare, 8-10 for well done. Cook it to your preference. Let it rest for about 5-7 minutes
Butter and toast the bread
Assemble the sandwich, cut in half and serve. Enjoy!
