Tropical Crush smoothie
1 serving/ 20 oz drink
What you'll need:
-8 oz of mango, if it's in liquid form (if solid, then about 7-8 chunks depending on the size)
-about 7 oz of passionfruit juice (less if its unsweetened)
-3-4 chunks of pineapple
-1 whole banana
-sugar, if needed (agave or honey as a healthy alternative)
Add 15 oz of ice to blender. Then add your banana and pineapple.
Next, add your passionfruit juice and your mango. Blend and voile!
