The "Dont" Drink

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled in the fridge or coffee ice cubes

-1 medium banana

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter, optional)

-1/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

1/2 tbsp cacao powder (or unsweetened)


*you can add 1 serving of your favorite protein, optional


Directions:

-Before you start, brew the coffee and either put it in an ice tray to make ice cubes or cool it in the fridge. Using a blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 3 minutes or until smooth. If necessary, add more milk to thin the smoothie. Enjoy!


Note: You can also add 1 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets (or 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice), 2 dates, or 2 tbsp of honey to make it paleo.
