That That Wild West

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 8oz chilled lager

  • lemon twist, for garnish

N/A option:

  • 6oz (alcohol-free) beer (a light-tasting beer like Heineken 00 lager or pale ale work well) or ginger beer

  • 6oz lemonade

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  1. Combine whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
