3 oz. Brut prosecco
2 oz. bitter aperitivo (aperol or similar)
1 oz. club soda or seltzer
orange or grapefruit slice
Directions
Make sure all ingredients are well chilled.
Pour your ingredients in a large wine glass, over ice, then garnish with a fresh slice of orange or grapefruit. Enjoy!
