1 cup mochiko flour
1 cup sugar
1.5oz lemon jello packet
1.5oz strawberry jello packet
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup cornstarch, for dusting
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and jello mixes. Mix together well and then add hot water.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes then remove and stir. Cover and microwave again for 2 more minutes.
On a cutting board, lightly sprinkle cornstarch. Remove the mochi from the bowl onto the cutting board.
Sprinkle some more cornstarch and roll out evenly. Cut evenly with a pizza roller or sharp knife and form your small mochi balls. Enjoy!
