Strawberry Lemonade Mochi


  • 1 cup mochiko flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1.5oz lemon jello packet

  • 1.5oz strawberry jello packet

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch, for dusting


  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and jello mixes. Mix together well and then add hot water.

  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes then remove and stir. Cover and microwave again for 2 more minutes.

  3. On a cutting board, lightly sprinkle cornstarch. Remove the mochi from the bowl onto the cutting board.

  4. Sprinkle some more cornstarch and roll out evenly. Cut evenly with a pizza roller or sharp knife and form your small mochi balls. Enjoy!
