Makes 1 cake
Ingredients:
Batter:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Filling:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda and powder, and salt. While mixing, add the sour cream.
Prepare the filling.
Grease angel food pan. Add 1/2 of batter and top with 1/2 filling and repeat. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F. Once done, take out of the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
