Singapore Sling

Ingredients:

-1oz gin

-1oz cherry heering

-1oz benedictine

-1oz lime

-3 dashes angostura bitters

-soda

Directions:

-Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice excluding soda and bitters. Shake vigorously until tin is frosted over.

-Strain into a chilled highball glass with fresh ice. Garnish with bitters and soda and enjoy!
