-6oz silken tofu
-2/3 cup almond/soy milk
-1 cup blueberries
-1 tbsp stevia/honey
-Blend everything together until smooth and serve in a chilled glass.
Note: if using stevia, start with 1 tsp (5ml) and add more if needed. If using honey or agave, use 1 tbsp and add more if needed remembering fruits have their own sugars.
