Ramen Lasagna

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Bake Time: 45 Minutes

Makes 6 large servings


Ingredients:

  • 6 Instant Ramen Packets

  • 72oz Spaghetti Sauce

  • 24oz Shredded Cheese

  • 160z Ricotta Cheese

  • 1lb Ground Meat

  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder (to taste)


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Brown ground meat in a skillet with spices, drain excess oil, then mix with ricotta in a medium bowl. Open the ramen and remove the flavor packets. (We'll not be using them.) Break each ramen square in half so that you have 12 thin squares.

  2. Lay six squares flat in a 9x13 baking dish. Layer half each of the spaghetti sauce, meat mixture, and shredded cheese evenly over the ramen. Repeat a second layer of ramen, sauce, meat, and cheese.

  3. Bake on the center rack at 400° for 45 minutes or until the cheese browns and bubbles.


VEGAN OPTION: Exchange meat and cheese with your favorite plant-based substitute.
