Peaches and Cream popsicles

*Layer 1:

-2 peaches

-2 tbsp sugar

-1 tbsp orange juice

-1 1/2oz white rum

*Layer 2:

-4oz box of instant pudding

-1 cup cold milk

-1 cup cream liqueur

*additional tools:

-popsicle molds


  1. Peel and cut peaches

  2. Toss with sugar, rum and orange juice until a healthy syrup forms

  3. Put mixture in a blender and blend until it's a smooth consistency

  4. Drop equal amount into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 1 hour

  5. After 1 hour, prepare pudding according to directions on the package, replacing 1 cup of milk with your cream liqueur. (we used coconut cream putting with a pineapple cream liqueur for a pina colada flavor). This recipe will work with most any combination.

  6. Drop the pudding mixture into the popsicle mold. You will need to work fast as the instant pudding will start to set immediately.

  7. Allow pops to freeze overnight. The alcohol content will make these take longer to set. Enjoy!
