-400g/ .9lbs ice cubes
-30ml/ 2 tbsp sweet red bean paste (optional)
-30 ml/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, or more to taste
-80g/ 2.8oz mango, chopped
-handful of cornflakes
-some mini sweet rice cakes (bingsu tteok, optional)
-any fruit of choice
Using a food processor, grind the ice until you get an almost slushie consistency.
Plate the ice in a bowl and slowly pour the condensed milk over the ice. Then add the rest of your toppings of choice.
