Ingredients
6-8 scallions stalk
2 tsp gochugaru
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Directions
Wash scallions and remove the white ends. Using a shredder, shred from the center (you can also use a knife to the best of your abilities and cut them lengthwise carefully). Then soak in cold water for about 10 minutes; this will help make the scallions less spicy. Drain the water and remove any excess moisture.
Transfer the scallions to a bowl, combine the ingredients, and mix well to incorporate thoroughly. Enjoy!
