No-bake Choco Peanut butter bars

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup salted butter, melted

-1 cup graham cracker crumbs

-2 cups confectioners sugar

-1 cup, 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter, seperated

-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar together in a mixing bowl. Stir in 1 cup peanut butter and then press into the pan evenly.

  3. Melt the remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave or stove (using a double boiler). Stir until smooth and spread over peanut butter layer.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator until completely firm, for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Keep leftovers refrigerated. Enjoy!
