  • 1.5oz white rum

  • 1oz cranberry juice

  • 1/2oz falernum

  • 1 egg white*


  1. Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass. Spoon the remaining foam on top and enjoy!

*The cream can be substituted for egg white. There will be no need for the dry shake and the layering effect will be lost. The cocktail will be equally tasty.
