Namjoon's Room- Bonsai Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Gin/ 1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur

  • 1 part lime cordial

  • cider or ginger ale

Garnish:

  • 10 leaf/ leaves mint or rosemary sprigs

  • cinnamon stick

  • lime wedge

  • clove

ree

Directions:

  1. Put the gin, St. Germain elderflower liqueur and the lime cordial in a cocktail shaker and give it a few shakers. Put ice in a glass and pour the mixture in it.

  2. Top up with cider and ginger ale and garnish with some mint leaves, cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves to finish your Bonsai cocktail. Enjoy!


Non-alcoholic:

Mix ginger ale, simple syrup flavored with rose water or orange flower water, 1 tbsp lime syrup in a shaker and pour it in a cup. Garnish as stated above.
