Mint Chocolate espresso martini

Ingredients:

-1oz vanilla vodka

-1oz cold espresso or dark roast coffee

-1/2 oz creme de menthe

-1/2 oz creme de cacao

-1/2 cream (optional)

-magic shell dessert topping


Directions:

  1. Before starting, put a martini glass in the freezer.

  2. Put a small layer of dessert topping on a plate and set aside.

  3. Combine vodka and liqueurs in a shaker, and add cream, if desired. (or blend if using ice cream)

  4. Shake contents with ice until well chilled.

  5. Swirl the rim of the glass in the dessert topping (it will solidify on the cold glass)

  6. Fine strain your cocktail into your glass. Enjoy!
