Mango Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large, ripe mango or 1-1/2 cups frozen mango

  • 2 cups coconut water or plain water

  • 1-inch fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground (optional)

  • mint leaves (optional)

  • sugar, if your mango isn't quite ripe (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add cubed mango to a blender with your coconut water. You can also add your optional ingredients if you desire. Blend this until it's smooth. Add more water to reach your desired consistency, if necessary and serve immediately. Enjoy!
