Ingredients:

  • 1 medium orange (about 1 cup), peeled

  • 3/4 light coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 container vanilla yogurt (vegan or lactose-free)

  • 1/2 cup of ice


Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
