Jin's Moon cocktail

Ingredients:

-2 oz Clementine Svedka

-1 oz Triple sec

-1/2 oz Lemon juice

-Clementine segments for garnish


Directions:

  1. Before creating the drink, make your moon ice: pour water into a circular ice cube molds. If you don't have these, use 2-3 water balloons fill them with water, tie them and place in a plate or bowl. Place into the freezer and allow at least 5-6 hours to freeze.

  2. Make the cocktail into a cocktail shaker: pour vodka, triple sec and lemon juice with plenty of ice. Shake well and strain into a martini or coupe champagne glass. Place moon-shaped ice into glass, garnish with some clementine segments and serve.
