1 lb. pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
6-8 garlic cloves
8oz block mozzarella cheese
dried cranberries (optional)
Divide a 1 lb. piece of pizza dough into 4 pieces.
Roll out your pizza dough. Brush the dough with olive oil. Finely chop fresh garlic and distribute them evenly over your dough.
Top with freshly grated mozzarella (don't use pre-grated; it won't melt the same way). Drizzle with honey. If you choose, top with dried cranberries.
Bake at 450F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Cut into slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!
