Honey Garlic Pizza

  • 1 lb. pizza dough (homemade or store bought)

  • olive oil

  • 6-8 garlic cloves

  • 8oz block mozzarella cheese

  • honey

  • dried cranberries (optional)


  1. Divide a 1 lb. piece of pizza dough into 4 pieces.

  2. Roll out your pizza dough. Brush the dough with olive oil. Finely chop fresh garlic and distribute them evenly over your dough.

  3. Top with freshly grated mozzarella (don't use pre-grated; it won't melt the same way). Drizzle with honey. If you choose, top with dried cranberries.

  4. Bake at 450F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Cut into slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!
