Ingredients:

  • 1oz grenadine

  • 4oz pineapple juice

  • 2oz coconut-flavored rum

  • 1 oz blue curacao

  • 1 oz water

  • orange slices, for garnish

  • cup of ice


Directions:

  1. Add grenadine to a large glass. Fill glass with ice. Combine the pineapple juice and coconut rum in a measuring cup; slowly pour mixture over ice in a glass. Combine the water and blue curacao and slowly pour over pineapple rum layer. DO NOT MIX! Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!


Non-alcoholic: it can be difficult to do without alcohol but if you do:

  • Bottom: cranberry juice then add the ice

  • Middle: pineapple juice with some lemon syrup/juice

  • Top: sweet blue punch
